A Scout is reverent toward God. They are faithful in their religious duties. They respect the beliefs of others…

Besides having some incredible views in which to praise His works, a Scout finds many opportunities to fulfill their duty to God at HSR.

The chapel choir, accompanied Brian Flanagan playing the Horseshoe pump organ, sings at the Sunday worship service.

A religious service is held at Camp Ware to observe a Scout’s duty to God.

Staff members stand in reverence prior to the Camp Director, Mike Berkeihiser, saying ‘Rest’ after repeating the meal’s grace.

Troop 31 conducts a Sunday Service in Rothrock campsite as part of their winter camping trip.

Scouts from Hibernia Troop 116 lead a Scout’s Own Service at the Horseshoe Chapel during Winter Camp.

The Camp pump organ donated by Phoenixville Mothers’ Auxilliary is brought to the service.

Along with stressing Leadership and Scoutcraft Skills, JLT maintains an emphasis on the 12 points of the Scout Law, including Reverence.

The Reverent sign is the twelfth Scout Law sign visitors will see upon entering Camp Horseshoe.

Octoraro 22 members say noonday grace during the 2016 Fall Fellowship weekend.
