The Rothrock Pavilion, dedicated to William “Biff”Davis, is a testament to the extensive service and leadership of Bill Davis who was an active participant in Troop 117, Octoraro Lodge #22, the HSRAA and many other facets of Scouting.

The Rothrock fence is being rebuilt after massive tree damage in 2019 destroyed adirondacks, the fence, and caused many trees to have to be removed.
