Honoring Bill Davis

HSRAA Chairman Bob Matje honors one of HSRAA’s founders, Bill “Biff” Davis, who had passed away prior to the reunion. A longtime Camp Horseshoe staff member and Scoutmaster of Coatesville Troop 117, Bill was honored with a pavilion dedicated in his honor in Rothrock Campsite.
Rothrock Pavilion Dedication

The Rothrock Pavilion, dedicated to William “Biff”Davis, is a testament to the extensive service and leadership of Bill Davis who was an active participant in Troop 117, Octoraro Lodge #22, the HSRAA and many other facets of Scouting.
