Honoring Bill Davis

HSRAA Chairman <strong>Bob Matje</strong> honors one of HSRAA's founders, <strong>Bill "Biff" Davis</strong>, who had passed away prior to the reunion. A longtime Camp Horseshoe staff member and Scoutmaster of Coatesville Troop 117, Bill was honored with a pavilion dedicated in his honor in Rothrock Campsite.

The Rothrock Pavilion, dedicated to <strong>William "Biff"Davis</strong>, is a testament to the extensive service and leadership of Bill Davis who was an active participant in Troop 117, Octoraro Lodge #22, the HSRAA and many other facets of Scouting.
