A Proud Benefactor to HSR Since 2000.

HSRAA

“No memory is ever alone; it’s at the end of a trail of memories, a dozen trails that each have their own associations.”
-Louis L’Amour

A great exhibit full of videos and photos of the yearly HSRAA Reunion that celebrates the spirit of the Horseshoe and the camaraderie of the alumni.

The entire 2025 HSRAA Annual Reunion participants.

The biggest part of HSRAA, these projects have been a great addition to HSR since 2000 and continue to provide facilities improvements where needed.

Through contributions from its members, the HSRAA was able to construct matching gates at both Camp Horseshoe and Camp John H. Ware 3rd.

Investing in the people who have invested their time at HSR is part of being a benefactor the reservation, as stated in the HSRAA mission.

Starting in 2018, the HSRAA has made a number of scholarships available to worthy recipients at Camps Horseshoe and Ware who are attending higher education institutions.

These were the honorees for the 2018 Camp Ware Staff HSRAA Scholarships:

Left: Curtis Cox, 6 years on staff, Elementary Education major, sophomore at Salisbury University.

Middle: Daniel Diamond, 6 years on staff, Electrical Engineering major, sophomore at Rochester Institute of Technology.

Right: Petra Hester, 3 years on staff, Early Childhood Education major, junior at Bloomsburg University.

HSRAA, like any organization, has their fair share of memorabilia items, in this case to fund the yearly projects for HSR.
