Display Details
Wooden nickels are wooden token coins, often issued by merchants or banks as promotions and souvenirs, and the phrase “don’t take any wooden nickels” is a lighthearted reminder to be cautious and not accept something worthless. Hopefully the Scout Law “trustworthy” applies for these, but really they are just meant as mementos of a fun event.
