Exhibit Details
The Picnic Grove is an area between the Health Lodge and parade field at Camp Horseshoe. It is used as a picnic area, but also for activities and holding merit badge classes.

Berm Construction

In this panoramic, the berm has been constructed to divert water from the Picnic Grove and Goodman Pavilion areas to Campcraft where it runs through gravel down past the Quonset Hut.

ArrowTour Site

The ArrowTour site was set up in the newly-restored picnic grove area, which despite having just been re-seeded, was hit the night before by a deluge of rain. Needless to say, the area got a little muddy by the day’s end.

Pavilion Nearly Complete

Alumni Pavilion

As part of the Picnic Grove reclamation project, the Alumni Pavilion was constructed in 2017 as an additional location for MB classes and Saturday evening picnics.
