Council Presidents
Display Details
The Council President is the highest adult volunteer job at the council level, and they work with the other members of the board and the Scout Executive to make sure that the Mission of Scouting is fulfilled, particularly at HSR!
Council Executives
Display Details
The Council Scout Executive is the highest paid position within a Scouting council, and the Scout Executive works with their staff, council volunteers, and many stakeholders to make sure that Scouting is thriving in Chester County. Many of the Council Executives make it down to HSR to talk to Scouts, parents, and leaders.

National Scout Leaders consist of those who sit on the National Committee of Scouting, and so far we have only captured one such individual at HSR (not including those youth and founding members in the OA).
