Mark Reynolds (aquatics staff) taps out a scout from Westtown Troop 66. In the past, the Chief performed a “tap-out” by going to each Scout where he stood in the retreat line. In recent years, the “tap-out” has become a “call-out” and braves collect the candidates to stand before the chief in the center of the parade field.
