The 1995 Camp Horseshoe Staff Plaque includes a sun design, designed and band-sawed by Jeff Balmat, and is a tribute to an abnormally hot summer in 1995.

This plaque features a bottom panel that commemorates the inaugural year of the mountain biking program (the raised ‘Hill’ plank fell off after mounting but the carved mountain bikes remained). Also included in the plaque are special ‘wings’ – secret compartments with inside jokes painted on them. One of the ‘wings’, however, can’t be accessed: the plaque was mounted next to a fuse box that prevents it from opening.
