Handicraft Staff Plaque

Amazingly, the 1975 Handicraft Staff plaque has survived into the 21st century. Handicraft director, Roger Souser, made use of an old propeller blade and fashioned this plaque for his staff.

The names have faded but the memories linger on. The significance of the turtle was tied to the Florida Gopher Tortoise that mysteriously appeared in camp.
